Global property consultancy Knight Frank has advised landlord Northern Group on the letting of the top floor at Sovereign House in Leeds to Logical Personnel Solutions.

The recruitment and workforce solutions firm has agreed to a ten-year lease for the 2,956 sq ft fully fitted suite on the fifth floor, with rent agreed at £31 per sq ft.

Situated on South Parade, Sovereign House dates back to 1862 and was originally built for the Bank of England. The Grade II listed building recently underwent a comprehensive refurbishment designed by DLA Design, creating contemporary Grade A office workspace while preserving the property's original architectural features. Building amenities include cycle storage, showers, and modern welfare facilities.
