Mindful May Returns For Second Year In Aid Of Mind
A local wellbeing advocate is lacing up her walking shoes once again for the return of Mindful Moments Month, a month-long campaign encouraging people to slow down and carve out small moments for themselves amid the demands of everyday life.
Now in its second year, the initiative — which runs throughout May — will see Sarah Hartley complete a mindful walk every single day of the month, while sharing daily wellbeing prompts, a mindful challenge and gentle reminders across her social media platforms. She will also be offering a range of calming products and resources designed to support people practising self-care at home.
The campaign is raising funds for Mind, the mental health charity.

"Mindful Moments Month is back for its second year — I hope you can join me for a Mindful May," Sarah said. "I'm embarking on a personal journey of mindfulness and self-reflection by completing a mindful walk every day throughout the month. I'm raising funds for Mind to help further their mission in supporting people with their mental health. Each step I take will be in honour of this amazing charity, and I would be so grateful for your support."
The aim, she explained, is to make self-care feel more accessible and realistic — particularly for those who often feel too busy or too overwhelmed to prioritise their own wellbeing.
