Karl Wiseman as Group Production Director, in a move that further strengthens its executive board. Karl brings more than 20 years of industry experience and joins Doncaster-head quartered Keepmoat from a number of senior leadership roles, including Construction Director, Regional Managing Director and most recently Deputy Regional Chairman. Karl will oversee Keepmoat’s construction, health and safety, commercial, procurement, technical and customer care teams. Playing a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance and supporting the delivery of high-quality homes across the UK.

Caddick Civil Engineering, has appointed
Paul Ellenor as Managing Director in a drive to grow the business’ portfolio of third-party contracts and expand its footprint in key regions.
Paul joins Caddick Civil Engineering from Tilbury Douglas Construction where he built a four-decade career, culminating in his leadership as Yorkshire Regional Director in 2018, which grew to include the North East in 2022.
Beginning his career as a trainee QS in 1987, Paul progressed to site foreman and management roles, subsequently moving into regional design and build management and pre-construction.

Yorkshire Air Ambulance Charity (YAA) has today announced the appointment of
Kathryn Marsden OBE as its new Chief Executive Officer. Kathryn will take up the position from 9th March 2026. Kathryn brings over 36 years’ experience working and leading social care and health organisations across the UK and will join YAA from the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE), where she is currently CEO. Kathryn was also recognised in the King’s New Year’s Honours list 2025 with an OBE for services to social care.

Northumberland National Park Authority has announced the appointment of
David Renwick as its next Chief Executive Officer, following a rigorous and competitive selection process. David brings over 20 years of senior experience across the environment, heritage and landscape sectors, including previous work with National Parks. He will join the Authority from his current role as Natural England’s Regional Director for the North of England, a position he has held for the past four years, where he has led major programmes focused on nature recovery, community engagement and landscape-scale partnerships. Prior to Natural England, David served as Director for England North at the National Lottery Heritage Fund, helping to secure significant investment in cultural and environmental projects across the region. Earlier in his career, he worked with the North York Moors National Park Authority, deepening his long-standing connection to protected landscapes.

Andrew McIntosh joins the audit team as a Partner after 15 years with PwC, where he built a wealth of experience working with growing businesses across the region. He has a particular expertise and interest in digital audit, supporting businesses on all aspects of auditing IT systems and controls, as well as the use of data auditing techniques. This appointment follows a sustained period of growth for the Leeds office. At the end of last year,
Jeff Gardner was also promoted to Partner in the Leeds Transaction Services team after seven years as a Director at BDO. The firm also recently welcomed
Ben Coggin as Transaction Services Partner and
Tim Day as a Managing Director in its M&A team.
