Care provider Tunstall Healthcare has appointed
Shantelle Million-Lawson as Head of Tunstall 365 to lead its new direct-to-consumer strategy.
The appointment comes during a growth phase for the Yorkshire-based health technology firm under UK Managing Director Mark Hindle. In her new role, Million-Lawson will develop services connecting health technology, social care, and housing to improve independent living.
She joins the company from the Technology Enabled Care Services Association, where she was Chief Operating Officer. Her background includes roles with the Department of Health & Social Care’s Digitising Social Care programme and care provider HC-One, alongside foundational experience as a frontline care assistant.
Mark Hindle said: “Shantelle is an incredible appointment for Tunstall and for the wider sector, she brings a rare combination of frontline experience, operational leadership, policy insight and genuine passion for improving outcomes. Her appointment is another important step as we continue to modernise Tunstall and expand the role we can play directly with individuals, families and communities. In football terms, this feels a bit like the signing of the season.”

Manchester law firm Pannone Corporate has expanded its employment and real estate teams with five appointments.
Julie Sabba joins the employment team as a director from DWF, bringing over 20 years of legal experience.
Naomi Goldsmith, previously of Eversheds Sutherland and Fox Williams, joins as an associate. The team is further strengthened by solicitors
Frances Smith and
Holly Spokes, who both join from Addleshaw Goddard.
Additionally,
Zoe Tempest has been appointed as a solicitor in the real estate team, where she will support residential and commercial property transactions.

Nomada Digital, a B2B search and visibility agency headquartered in York, has expanded into the US market and appointed
Amy Allard as its new Head of PR & Communications.
Founded by Danny Sullivan in 2020, the agency has secured its first North American clients, including New York-based SaaS platform Vibe Retail and financial services firm Propeller Industries.
The expansion coincided with the hiring of Allard, who brings more than a decade of public relations experience, including eight years specialising in B2B technology, manufacturing, and AI. This new role integrates traditional earned media and press relations into Nomada’s existing search, paid media, and content capabilities for the first time.

The expansion includes significant appointments within the North of England. In Manchester,
Miles Hacking has been promoted to partner within the restructuring and insolvency team. Furthermore, three new directors have been appointed in Leeds:
Dominic Canning (construction and engineering),
Emma Conwell (planning), and
Fiona Woodhead (corporate).
Alex Angelides has also been promoted to director in the tax team in Sheffield.

The Harrogate District Chamber of Commerce (HDCC) has re-elected
Phill Holdsworth as president for a further two-year term.
Holdsworth, founder of financial consultancy AurumGold, was first elected in 2024. His second term was confirmed at the organisation’s annual general meeting at The Old Swan Hotel, securing the chamber's leadership structure until 2028.
The chamber also added
Louise Terzza, of local charity Time Together, and
Zach Greaves, of marketing agency Artus Digital, to its management group. Additionally, Harrogate Theatre was named the chamber’s new charity of the year.
Holdsworth said: “I am incredibly honoured to be trusted by our members to lead the Chamber for another two years. Over the past twelve months, we have worked tirelessly to ensure the voice of Harrogate business is heard at the highest levels of local governance.”
