Premier Modular Sees Increased Profits After Another Successful Year

Offsite manufacturer, Premier Modular, reports successful 2025-26 financials, with increased profits, strong operational performance and continued investment.

In the last financial year, the company saw a 25.9% increase in Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA), with EBIT profits also climbing by 10% to £8.9 million, indicating a robust performance both operationally and financially, as well as an increased demand for modular solutions.

To keep up with heightened demand, the company has focused on strategic investment into growing its manufacturing capabilities. Its key achievements include increasing its operational fleet by over 20% to over 5,000 units, increasing its headcount by 8% and extending its factory hours to move towards round-the-clock production.

Premier Modular has also worked on adapting its business model, with increased focus on its rental divisions both in the UK and Europe, higher margin income streams when compared with its permanent and sales operations. Last year, rental sales accounted for 38% of its turnover, while this year that proportion increased to 46%.

Looking forward to the next financial year, the company’s pipeline is continuing to expand with increased demand from public infrastructure sectors, particularly healthcare and education. Premier Modular is securing a number of large-scale infrastructure projects and framework positions, most recently becoming a supplier on seven lots of public sector-owned professional buying organisation, ESPO’s, new Modular Buildings framework (953).

Despite a turbulent economic landscape, particularly for the construction industry, Premier Modular has done more than just sustain a steady stream of business throughout the year – we’ve managed to grow, invest and safeguard our pipeline of future work. From increasing our productivity to hiring more people, we’ve hit milestone after milestone, becoming more financially and operationally resilient in the process.

None of these achievements could have been possible without the hard work of our team. Our continued success is down to our reputation for high quality, sustainable and innovative modular solutions, excellent customer service and in-depth industry knowledge which has become the bedrock of our operations. We’re proud of all we’ve accomplished this year, and look forward to our continued success in 2026 and beyond.
