TSK, a national workplace strategy, design and build company, has reported its strongest financial performance in its 30 year history.

TSK, which names AJ Bell, Medical Protection Society, GHD, Post Office, KPMG and Dr Oetker among its clients, employs more than 100 people across its London and Manchester offices. For the financial year ended July 31 2025, TSK reported a turnover of £66.3m (2024: £57.6m), with pre-tax profits standing at £2.4m (2024: £1.5m).

The business is now building on that solid platform to evolve and strengthen client partnerships, having had a buoyant six-month trading period since the last set of financial accounts. During the year, TSK delivered major notable projects for clients including Nexus in Newcastle, Specialist Risk Group (SRG) in London, Howden's Insurance UK-wide, Nera Economic Consulting in London and Travel Counsellors in Manchester.

The business celebrated a year operating as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in 2025; a step taken to allow all staff to have a driving force behind the business and share in its successes. TSK also last year became B-Corp certified as it doubled down on its commitment to create value for clients, people, communities and the planet.

Iain Holden, co-founder and CEO of TSK, who has been at the company since its formation in 1995, said he and the team are focused on achieving sustainable growth by being agile and innovative.

Holden said: “TSK is built on strong foundations and it’s incredible to have hit several important milestones during 2025; our 30th year. Transitioning to become an EOT, and also becoming a B-Corp organisation, go hand-in-hand with delivering our strongest financial performance. This is the most exciting time for our business: our team is extremely motivated, talented and capable; and the fact we work with the types of clients we do fills me with immense pride.

“The workplace sector is a fast-paced place to be, and I have enjoyed navigating all the opportunities and challenges of the last 30 years. The workplace has reinvented itself many times in the last three decades and in that time we’ve grown to become a national company. As we look forward to 2026, we aim to deliver sustainable growth by continuing to transform workplaces through bold thinking, creativity and a relentless commitment to measurable impact.”

TSK delivers an average of 550,000 sq ft of space in UK offices a year. Research from the company has shown that its work delivers improved organisational performance, stronger culture and belonging, measurable environmental gains and purpose-led change.

UK office utilisation now averages around 66% of pre-2020 levels, according to the BCO Post-Pandemic office use report 2025. TSK works alongside organisations of all sizes to collect and utilise data which helps to make the right long-term decisions about workplace needs; helping to shape whether businesses re-purpose existing space or relocate to new, providing clear insights around how and why. TSK’s team of Workplace Strategy experts deliver this service, which is expected to be in further demand during 2026.

Craig Murray, Workplace Strategy Director at TSK, said: “The past five years have reshaped not only where work happens, but how it is understood. Attendance has stabilised, yet the meaning of presence has fundamentally changed. Today, the question is not how often people come in, but why they do. The office is no longer the default destination – it is a deliberate choice. Time spent together must generate collaboration, learning and cultural momentum. For leaders, this represents both a challenge and an opportunity; to ensure that every moment of presence has measurable value.”
