Three newly developed industrial and warehouse buildings at Northminster Business Park in York are now fully occupied by long-established and expanding local businesses.

The units have been delivered as part of a £3.3m investment, which has seen three former agricultural stores transformed into high-specification, detached industrial buildings within a self-contained area of the park known as Cropton Court.

The buildings, which were jointly marketed by property consultancies GV&Co and PPH Commercial, benefit from generous yards, loading areas and dedicated parking.
