York based firm Clockface Beauty may have the answer to how good your skin is and how to look after it. The firm was created by mother and daughter team, Karen Horsley and Sarah Thomas in 2018. Founded in York, the products are shipped all over the world.

All Clockface Beauty products are organic and vegan, but also waterless and with more and more customers needing bespoke advice around specific skin concerns, the brand has launched the Clockface Beauty Skin Clinic, providing customers the opportunity to enjoy a personal skin consultation before making purchases on their website.

With social distancing causing disruptions in the beauty industry, Clockface Beauty is one of the skincare brands leading the way in bespoke online consultations.

Clockface Beauty has been creating natural skincare that is designed to transform skin since 2018. Mother and daughter duo, Karen Horsley and Sarah Thomas, have developed a line of products that can treat a whole range of skin concerns including acne, eczema, wrinkles and oily skin. Their products are anti-aging, balancing and hydrating, and they caused a huge stir in the beauty industry when they announced that their product line was entirely waterless. Meaning that no product is diluted down and includes only useful ingredients.

Coronavirus had a devastating effect on the business as they had to temporarily close their global online store to prioritise the safety of their team, but now they’re well and truly back open, but with a fantastic new enhancement; The Clockface Beauty Skin Clinic.

To ensure that customers get the biggest impact from their products, Sarah and Karen have launched an online Skin Clinic where you’re invited to learn more about your skin, and what your skin needs. Answer a few questions in the virtual Skin Consultancy to receive a breakdown of your skin type along with guidance on which products will benefit you. Or, you can even speak to Sarah Thomas directly with the exciting “Ask Sarah” feature. Visitors to the Skin Clinic can send videos directly to the founder of the brand showing Sarah any specific areas of concern and will receive a video response, with bespoke advice and guidance.
