Alex Warren has had a phenomenal couple of years. The former viral TikTok icon made an initial move towards a career in music back in 2021; however, while achieving international chart success with several of his singles, it was not until 2025's Ordinary that he hit the stratosphere. The song topped the charts around the world and saw him go from selling out small venues to launching a sold-out global arena tour – originally named
Little Orphan Alex Live but renamed
Finding Family On The Road.
Before Alex takes to the stage at the completely sold-out Utilita Arena, Birmingham, Claire Rosinkranz takes to the stage to warm up the audience. Signed to Republic Records at just 16, the 22-year-old now has two studio albums under her belt and delivers a solid set showcasing her sound. While the songs have definite appeal and she connects easily with the audience, that big memorable breakout single moment is not yet in her repertoire.
After a brief break, the audience is immediately spellbound when childhood videos of Alex introduce the show's narrative. Having lost his father at the age of 9 and more recently his mother, Alex has spoken openly – both in interviews and his lyrics – of the difficulties of loss and grief - and this intimate family imagery makes for an extremely moving introduction.

As the curtain rises on Alex Warren centre stage, he launches into Troubled Waters and effortlessly has the whole arena joining him in a joyous singalong. This sense of unity and togetherness prevails throughout his set, which is heightened in enjoyability by the human touch that he shows throughout his set. Stopping regularly to read signs, chatting to the audience and refusing to play several times until medical aid has assisted audience members he has spotted having issues, he is gracious and thankful for the privilege of his success.
Further videos highlight his life now, with a video to his future children showing his wife painting his guitar for the tour, while he can't hold back the tears during
Save You A Seat when he stops to watch a video of him and his sister on their bikes recorded by his father, with the audience jumping in to take on lead vocals while he catches his breath.
The set naturally crescendos with the recent single,
Fever Dream, before Alex returns for one last song –
Ordinary – and his audience leave feeling a warm buzz of authentic connection.
