In this strange time it has perhaps never been so important to have a WORK LIFE balance. What I'm sharing is a schematic of the Wheel of Life.

The idea is to look at 8 segments of your current way of life and how you feel these different segments are in your life now. They are

BUSINESS/CAREER,
FINANCES,
HEALTH,
FAMILY & FRIENDS,
ROMANCE,
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT,
FUN & RECREATION,
CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY.

Look at each of these on a scale of 1 - 10, 1 being low and 10 being high.

What this helps you do is see if you have balance in your life or if you need to 'press pause' and consider which part of your current way of being is neglected and needs paying attention to.

It is suggested that it can be helpful to do this once a year, because you see we all need balance in our lives for any sense of Happiness.
